7-day push-up plan the camera can count
Pick day-one reps. The camera counts full push-ups. Hit the number — the day checks itself off. Rest days stay rest days. No app.
Starting the plan uses Google. You can still count a set as a guest.

Sample week
You set N (what you can actually do today). A typical shape:
- Day 1 — N push-ups
- Day 2 — rest
- Day 3 — N
- Day 4 — rest
- Day 5 — a bit more than N
- Day 6 — rest
- Day 7 — N again, or raise it
The product builds that week from your first number, not from a chart we invented.
The camera finishes the day
Open push-ups in Chrome or Safari. Full reps count. When today’s total reaches the target, Coaching marks the day done. No “complete workout” tap.
The week has a shape
Workout days and rest days are laid out on a calendar. Miss a day and it stays missed. Tomorrow doesn’t quietly skip ahead.
Want squats or crunches in the same week? Add them. Same plan, same rule: hit the number, the day is yours.
After day seven
Start another week. Raise the starting number. Or go do a live 60-second 1v1. The plan ends; the counting doesn’t.
FAQ
Is this a free 7-day push-up plan?
Yes. Open it in the browser, pick a starting number, and let the camera count. No app to install.
Do I need an account?
You can count push-ups as a guest. Starting this 7-day plan needs Google sign-in so the week stays on your account.
Can I mix in squats or crunches?
Yes. Add squats or crunches when you build the plan. This page is push-up first; the week can be more.
What happens after 7 days?
Start another week, raise the number, or go train however you like. The camera is still there.
