Push-up calendar and workout streaks
After a camera-counted set, History marks the day. You get an activity calendar, current streak, best streak, and a today target — not only the last set.

Activity calendar
History’s calendar marks the days you trained. You can move within the allowed date range for your account history. Use it to see consistency across weeks — not only today’s reps.
Filters let you focus by exercise when you want push-ups, squats, or crunches alone.
Current streak and best streak
Current streak is how many days in a row you’ve kept training under the product’s streak rules. Best streak is your longest run so far. Both update from your History as you add sets — and they recalculate if you delete history entries.
Streaks work for all supported exercises, not only push-ups.
Today target
After your first exercise, Calisthus can set a today target so the day has a clear finish line. Hit the target with camera-counted sets in the browser, then check the calendar and streak in History.
Custom challenges (up to 30 days)
You can set your own challenges and targets. Personal challenges are limited to 30 days so plans stay short and finishable. Challenges are saved to your account when you are signed in.
How to start
- Open a counter: push-ups, squats, or crunches.
- Allow the camera and complete a set. You can train without an account; sign in with Google so History stays on your account.
- Sign in, then open History to see the calendar, streaks, and today’s target.
- Optional: follow the 7-day push-up plan for a structured week.
Privacy
Counting does not upload video. Sign in so the calendar follows the account, not just this browser.
FAQ
Do I need an account for streaks?
You can train as a guest. Sign in with Google so History, streaks, calendar, and goals save to your account across devices.
Which exercises count toward History?
Push-ups, squats, and crunches. Hand-logged custom exercises count too. Filters can narrow the calendar and stats by exercise.
Is there a 7-day plan?
Yes — see the 7-day push-up plan. You can also set custom goals for up to 30 days in History.
Does the calendar upload my camera?
No. The calendar and streaks use workout metadata (reps and times), not video.
