Challenge a friend: train on your own time
This is not a live 1v1. Set a push-up, squat, or crunch dare, send a link, and train when you can. Each of you uses your own camera. Google sign-in to create or accept.

Set the dare
Open Challenges and pick what you’re competing on. Push-ups, squats, crunches, or all three.
Then choose the shape of the challenge:
- Streak — who can keep showing up, day after day
- Total reps — a number you both chase before the dates run out
- Daily reps — a target for each day of the challenge
Set the number and the start and end dates. You don’t need their username — the invite is a link you’ll share next.
Send it like a text
Share the link in the chat you already use. They open it, sign in, and accept when they’re ready.
Until someone accepts, you’ll see that it hasn’t been accepted yet. Once they join, they show up on the roster — and their camera sessions count for them, not for you.
Train on your own time
This isn’t a live 60-second match. You do your sets in the morning; they do theirs at night. Different time zones are fine.
Use Chrome or Safari, allow the camera, and complete full reps. Counting stays in the browser while you train. The challenge only needs the reps and dates — not a video of the session.
Want a head-to-head minute instead? That’s Matchmaking — a live push-up 1v1 on two devices at once.
See who’s actually showing up
Once they’ve accepted, you’ll see where everyone stands:
- Not started — they accepted, but no sets yet
- In progress — they’re on the way
- Completed — they hit the target
- Not completed — the dates ended first
Finishing your side doesn’t finish theirs. Miss a day and you still keep the Level XP you already earned.
Video stays in each browser
Counting does not upload video. Need setup help? Push-up, squat, crunch counters.

Do I need an account?
Yes. Creating or accepting a challenge needs a Google sign-in. You can still try a solo camera workout without an account. Try a solo workout.
How do I invite someone?
Create the challenge, then share the link. You don’t look anyone up by user ID. They accept when they’re ready.
Does a challenge upload my camera?
No. Counting stays in each person’s browser. The challenge only uses workout details like reps and dates — not video.
